调节性T细胞对宫颈上皮内瘤变Ⅰ级患者预后的影响

摘　　要：目的研究调节性T细胞(Treg细胞)对宫颈上皮内瘤变Ⅰ级(CINⅠ)患者预后的影响。方法纳入2013年3月至2014年5月南方医科大学附属深圳市妇幼保健院收治的98例CINⅠ患者作为研究对象。随访2年,了解患者病情的变化过程中Treg表达情况。结果病情进展组患者Treg细胞表达阳性率为100%(4/4),病情持续组为47.83%(11/23),病情逆转组为4.23%(3/71),组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);病情逆转组Treg表达水平低于病情持续组和病情进展组,而病情持续组Treg水平低于病情进展组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Treg细胞可能参与了宫颈上皮内瘤样病变的疾病进展过程,在癌变过程中起到一定作用。Objective To study the effect of T regulation cells（ Treg cells） on the prognosis of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia grade I（ CIN I） patients. Methods 98 cases of CIN I patients admitted to our hospital during March 2013 and May 2014 were enrolled in the study. After 2 years of follow-up,the expression of Treg cells and the development of the patient ＇ s condition before and after follow- up were observed. Results The patients were followed up for 2 years. The positive rate of the expression of Treg cells in patients in improvement group was 100%（ 4 / 4）,it was 47.83%（ 11 / 23） and 4.23%（ 3 / 71） in the diseases continuous group and upturn group. The differences among groups were statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. The Treg cells expressed highest in the improvement group（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusions Treg cells may play an important role in the progression of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia,and play a role in the process of carcinogenesis.
