摘　　要：近年随着人们对循环肿瘤细胞（ circulating tumor cells ， CTCs ）和循环肿瘤 DNA （ circulating tumor DNA ， ctDNA ）的认识逐渐加深，一种新兴的以血液为基础的肿瘤分子诊断应时而生。液体活检（ Liquid biopsy ）提供了一种无创性获得肿瘤相关信息的方式，具有安全，高效，实时等特点。相对于传统组织活检而言，液体活检的出现带来了新的机遇与挑战，其在肿瘤的早期诊断、临床分期、疗效评估和个体化治疗等方面体现出巨大的临床应用前景。虽然液体活检目前尚未在临床上普及，但随着技术的发展，液体活检必将迅速成为精确医学的核心部分。With increasing understandings of circulating tumor cells （ CTCs ） and circulating tumor DNA , a new molecular diagnosis based on blood analysis emerges .Liquid biopsy is a method to ob-tain information of cancer non-invasively , which has the characteristics of safety , high efficiency and real time .Liquid biopsy provides new opportunities and challenges compared to traditional tissue biopsy .It has demonstrated a remarkably potential of clinical application in early diagnosis , clinical stage , therapeutic e-valuation , and personalized medicine .Liquid biopsy has not been used universally yet ; however , with the development of this technology , it will certainly become one of the central parts of precision medicine in near future .
