摘 要:针对某SUV发动机在加速工况下存在噪声问题,进行了声源特性分析,设计了共振式消声器,利用LMS Virtual Lab软件进行传递损失仿真计算和传递损失试验测试,验证了仿真结果准确性。在此基础上进行整车测试,结果使驾驶员右耳噪声降低了2.8 d B(A),加速气流噪声主观评价达到可接受。In order to solve the 1 400-2 400 Hz airflow sound problems under the accelerating working condition of the engine in certain SUV, a resonant muffler was designed, and the transmission loss was calculated. In addition, experimental tests were done to verify the simulation results. On the basis of it, the prototype was made and the test was done on the vehicle. The test results show that the driver′ s right ear noise is reduced by 2.8 d B(A), and the effect of the accelerated airflow sound is accepted by Subjective evaluation.
