部分国产心血管药物与进口同种药物的文献对比研究

摘　　要：目的了解国产与进口心血管药物的药动学、药效学及不良反应差异。方法检索中国知网、万方、维普,纳入国产与进口心血管药物的对照研究,研究对象不限。结果针对轻中度病情患者的治疗,短期临床研究提示同种国产和进口药品的疗效和生物利用度无明显差异。结论国产药品与进口同种药品具有生物等效性,治疗轻中度患者的短期临床疗效二者相当。OBJECTIVE To understand the pharmacokinetics,pharmacodynamics and adverse effects of domestic and imported cardiovascular drugs. METHODS Wan Fang,CNKI,VIP were searched,including the controlled trials of domestic and imported cardiovascular drugs,the research object is not limited. RESULTS In light of the treatment of patients with mild to moderate disease,short-term clinical research suggests that the same domestic and imported drugs efficacy and bioavailability of no significant difference. CONCLUSION Domestic drugs and imported drugs have a biological availability,and have similar short-term clinical effects for mild to moderate patients.
