摘　　要："应用"愿景下地方高校转型面临诸多问题。其中,治理问题极为关键和棘手。为此,地方高校应深刻认识"应用"转型的重要意义,注重"应用"理念在治理工作中的全面渗透;倡导"内控"基础上高校、政府、市场、家长等内外部多主体的合作治理;避开"教授治校"的潮流陷阱,探索"行政"与"专业"的优化组合路径;在政策、经费、队伍、技术等方面采取合理有效的保障措施。Under the ＂application＂ vision, the transformation of local colleges and universities faced with many problems. Among them, the governance problem is critical trouble. Therefore, local colleges and universities should fully understand the significance of ＂application＂, pay attention to full penetration of ＂application＂ concept in the management work, advocacy inside and outside multi-agents that are colleges and universities, government, market and parents, to implement cooperative governance on the basis of ＂internal control＂, avoid the tide trap of ＂school governance by professor＂ to explore the path to optimally group ＂administration＂ with the ＂professional＂, and take reasonable and effective guarantee measures from policy, funding, team, technology, etc.
