加拿大移民职业教育政策对促进我国农业转移人口市民化的启示

摘  要:加拿大移民职业教育政策对促进移民融入以及有效利用外来人力资源促进本地经济社会发展发挥了重要作用。其移民职业教育政策具有多元文化教育的显著特征,体现出公平的融入价值导向及多样而灵活的教育管理体制机制。加拿大移民职业教育政策包括语言教育政策、专业培训政策和远程教育政策等。在促进我国农业转移人口市民化的进程中,应借鉴加拿大经验,在相关政策制定中重视普通话的独特价值,注重发挥社会组织的关键作用,充分利用远程教育平台及资源。Canadian immigration vocational education policy plays an important role in promoting the integration of immigrants and the effective use of external human resources to promote local economic and social development. Its immigration vocational education policy has significant characteristics of multi-cultural education, reflecting the fair integration value orientation and the various and flexible system and mechanism of education management. Canadian immigration vocational education policy includes language education policy, professional training policy and distance education policy, etc. In the process of promoting urbanization of China's agricultural transfer of population, it is suggested to learn from Canada, and when establishing policies, to attach great importance to the unique value of mandarin, pay attention to play the key role of social organizations, and make full use of the distance education platform and resources.
