摘　　要：目的总结临床医学专业实习生全流程管理方法。方法回顾性分析本院2008—2015年350名临床实习生的教学管理方法,包括管理目标确定,实习前期、中期和后期的全流程管理措施。结果考勤合格率、教学效果满意率逐年提高。结论实施临床医学专业实习生全流程管理有利于提高临床实习效果和院校、学生满意度。Objective To summarize the whole process of clinical intern management. Methods The management methods of 350 trainees from 2008 to 2015 in No. 309 Hospital were analyzed,including determination of management goals and measures in different stages of clinical practice. Results The attendance rates and the satisfaction degree of teaching increased year by year. Conclusion The effect of practice could be improved by using the whole process management. This produces high satisfaction result in the university as well as in the interns.
