摘  要:目的:探讨周围神经损伤后推拿捻揉手法联合跑台训练延缓骨骼肌萎缩的作用及途径。方法:将健康雄性SD大鼠96只按照计算机随机分为空白对照组、模型对照组和推拿手法组3组,每组32只。除空白对照组外,其余组大鼠建立坐骨神经横断伤外膜缝合模型,推拿手法组给予推拿捻揉手法及大鼠跑台训练治疗,模型对照组和空白对照组不做干预。分别于干预后2、3、4、8周各取1小组8只大鼠检测腓肠肌湿重比及肌卫星细胞数目。结果:推拿手法组与模型对照组相比,腓肠肌湿重比平稳上升,在第4周时高于模型对照组(P<0.05);肌卫星细胞数目在早期高于对照组,4周后低于对照组。结论:推拿手法联合跑台训练可以延缓周围神经损伤后骨骼肌萎缩,可能是通过促进骨骼肌卫星细胞增殖并分化为成熟肌纤维来实现的。Objective:To explore the effect of manipulation combined with treadmill training on delaying skeletal muscle atrophy after peripheral nerve injury. Methods:According to the computer random numbers,96 male SD rats were randomly divided into 3groups:normal control group,model control group and manipulation group,with 32 rats in each group. The model of the sciatic nerve transection of the outer membrane suture was established,the manipulation group was given manipulation therapy combined with treadmill training,the normal control group and the model control group without intervention. At 2,3,4 and 8 weeks after the intervention,wet weight and the number of muscle satellite cells of gastrocnemius muscle was detected in a group of 8 rats. Results:Compared with the model control group,the wet weight of gastrocnemius muscle increased steadily,and at 4th week was significantly higher than that in the model control group(P〈0.05). The number of muscle satellite cells in the early stage was higher than that in the control group,after 4th week was lower than the model control group. Conclusion:Manipulation combined with treadmill training can delay the atrophy of skeletal muscle after peripheral nerve injury,and promote the proliferation and differentiation of skeletal muscle satellite cells into mature muscle fibers,which may be one of the ways to delay skeletal muscle atrophy.
