摘　　要：本文以大连海洋大学为例,分析了目前地方高校师德建设的现状,并对近年来学校师德建设的实践展开探究,旨在为地方院校建设具有鲜明特色师德文化和品牌化师资队伍提供参考。Due to the ongoing reform in the higher education system in China,the comprehensive strength among universities are challenged competitively.Thus obtaining a range of talented faculty is the key componentthat ensures success in change-accelerationin quality of the education being delivered.the essential element towards our goal lies in the incubation of morality and ethics suitable to the modern educational requirement among our professors and staff.This article will focus on the pragmatical example of Dalian Ocean University,one that will be analyze from the aspect of its current status and developments in the recent years. The university have shared a considerable amount of experience in the morality construction.It aims to provide methodological guidance on the implementation of building morality in agricultural colleges in the developing regions.
