脑梗死患者急性期降压治疗对脑梗死预后的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨脑梗死患者急性期降压治疗对患者预后的影响。方法选取2013年5月~2016年1月期间我院收治的141例脑梗死患者作为研究对象分并为研究组和对照组,研究组65例给予急性期降压治疗,对照组76例给予常规降压治疗,比较两组NIHSS评分、心脑血管事件发生率、死亡率、残疾率。结果两组治疗后NIHSS评分均出现明显降低,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,研究组治疗后NIHSS评分明显低于同期对照组（P〈0.05）。研究组入院第7天及入院第14天心脑血管事件发生率、入院第14天死亡率/致残率明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论脑梗死患者急性期降压治疗有助于神经功能的恢复,可降低心脑血管事件发生风险,降低死亡率/致残率,但降压的过程避免过低、过快,在降压过程中需要密切监测血压的变化。Objective To explore the influence of acute antihypertensive therapy on prognosis of cerebral infarction. Methods 141 cases of patients with cerebral infarction cured in our hospital from May 2013 to January 2016 were selected as the study objects, and they were divided into study group and control group. 65 cases were divided into study group and treated with acute stage antihypertensive therapy. 76 cases were divided into control group and treated with conventional antihypertensive therapy. NIHSS score, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events, mortality, disability rate of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, NIHSS scores of the two groups were significantly reduced, compared with before treatment, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. NIHSS score of study group after treatment was significantly lower than that of control group（P〈0.05）. Admission cerebrovascular events on the seventh day and fourteenth day of study group, and mortality / morbidity on the fourteenth day were significantly lower than those of control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Acute antihypertensive treatment of cerebral infarction is contribute to the recovery of neurological function. It can reduce the risk of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events, and reduced mortality / morbidity. But the process of hypotension is avoided too low, too fast, need to closely monitor the changes in blood pressure during the antihypertensive process.
