摘　　要：本文采用中西融合的研究方法论,以阴阳协调为主要思维律,提出并阐释了有机关联的人性需要体系和素质体系,揭示了心性素质与理性素质阴阳协调满足人性需要,以及人的自我实现乃是实现自我独特的人性完满。This study combines Western and Chinese theories as the methodology and relies on the concept ＂Yin-Yang coordination＂ as the primary principle. It proposes and elaborates a system of hu-man needs and qualities which is holistic and organically connected.. It argues that the quality system is responsive to human needs, which reveals that the one＇s self-realization actualization is the realization of his/her unique humanity.
