高校学报学术影响力要素及其作用研究——以《钦州学院学报》为例

摘　　要：高校学报编委会、载文信息量、作者的学术水平等要素对学报影响力有明显的作用:编委会的科研能力和学术活跃度可引领学报的发展方向;载文质量、内容、特色体现学报的核心竞争力,基金资助论文反映科研动态与研究实力;作者的职称和学历反映了其学术水平与科研能力,可增强期刊的影响力、提升学术影响力。The factors of academic influence of university journals mainly include impact factors,total-cited frequency,and annual download rate on Web,etc. The university journal editorial board,the amount of published papers,the author＇s academic level and other factors have obvious effects on academic influence,reflecting in ： the scientific research ability and academic activity of journal editorial board lead the development direction; the academic judgment,discernment and academic horizon of the board decide the academic level and quality; the quality,content and characteristics of papers reflect the core competitiveness,while the papers or programs funded reflect the scientific trends and strength; the titles and academic lever of authors reflect the academic level and scientific research ability.These factors and effects should be emphasized to enhance the academic influence.
