桂北民族地区语言能力建设的困境及对策——以融水苗族自治县为例

摘　　要：桂北民族地区的融水苗族自治县聚居众多少数民族,在语言能力建设上存在着普通话受重视程度不够、学校宣传力度不足、语言教育资源不足、方言环境影响等诸多问题。为此,政府必须重视语言能力建设,发挥学校主阵地作用,树立正确的少数民族语言价值观,抓住语言建设重点,营造良好的语言环境,全面提高民族地区的语言能力。Rongshui Miao Autonomous County, located in north Guangxi, is inhabited by many minority groups. As far as linguistic competence cultivation is concerned, there are a lot of problems, such as mandarin not given enough attention, insuffi- cient school publicity, shortage of language education resources, influence of local dialects, etc. Therefore, the government should put more emphasis on language competence cultivation, giving full play to school＇ s role in language education, building correct minority group language values, focusing on language cultivation, constructing a sound language environment, so as to improve the language competence in the whole region.
