摘　　要：目的 了解绵阳市放射性工作人员的健康情况，对长期接触低剂量电离辐射的放射性工作人员的辐射防护进行监测，分析有害作业人员的细胞遗传学变化特点。方法 采用实验室细胞遗传学的方法对有害作业人员进行调查。结果 调查组的染色体畸变率为0.073%，在正常范围0.1%～0.2%。微核率0.827‰，在正常范围0～3‰以内。染色体型畸变以断片为主（ace，67.5%）。结论 绵阳市对放射性工作人员的辐射防护工作到位。Objective To analyse the characteristic of cytogenetics of low-dose radiological workers of MianYang city,to understand the health status and monitor the radiation protection of the low-dose ionizing radiological workers. Methods By using the laboratory cytogenetic tests to investigate the radial-stricken workers.Results The chromosome aberrations rate was 0.073%.The micronuclei rate was 0.827‰,they were normal.The leading type of chromosome aberrations was acentric fragment（ace,67.5%）.Conclusion It is good about the work of the radiation protection in MianYang.
