摘　　要：随着现代社会的发展,城市的规模不断扩大,城市对于智能化管理的需求也越来越强烈。利用地理信息系统(简称GIS)的空间数据库和二次开发平台技术建立房地产信息管理系统,选取ULM作为建模语言,应用于系统分析,并对其建模要素进行了描述。With the development of modem society, the scale of the city has been expanding and the city demand for the intelligent manage ment more and higher. The use of GIS spatial database and the two development platform for the establishment of real estate information management system; select the ULM as a modeling language, used in systems analysis, and described its modeling features.
