DBS术后颅内双侧电极周围水肿1例报道并文献复习

摘　　要：目的观察DBS术后颅内电极周围水肿这一并发症的临床特点。方法 1例行双侧STN-DBS术的帕金森病患者,术后出现颅内双侧电极周围水肿,通过回顾其临床资料并结合文献对其临床特点和治疗过程进行分析。结果 DBS术后第5天开始出现精神状态差,CT示左额围绕电极的低密度影,加重至第8天出现右侧偏瘫及双侧CT低密度影,给予脱水、激素及康复训练,3周后肢体活动恢复正常。结论 DBS术后颅内电极周围水肿是一项少见的并发症,可导致术后神经功能障碍,但预后良好。Objective To observe the characteristics of post--operative edema around DBS electrode. Methods A patient with Parkinson＇s disease who underwent bilateral STN--DBS oper- ation presented with peri--electrode edema. The medical records and literatures were reviewed. Results On the fifth day after the operation,CT showed hypodense area around left--DBS elec- trode. Hemiparesis and abnormal CT hypodense area surrounding the DBS electrodes on both side were observed on the eighth day after the operation, the patient was treated with dehydration, steroids and rehabilitation training, hemiparesis resolved over 3weeks.
