摘  要:目的:探讨在专科护理教育中开设延续护理课程的必要性和可行性。方法:先采用自行设计的问卷进行调查研究,再通过内容分析法、访谈法进行课程设计,初步试验研究。结果:100%的被调查者认为有必要开展延续护理,86.67%的被调查者认为有必要开设延续护理课程,60.00%的被调查者认为在大专开设合适。本课程设计试验研究显示学生理论考核成绩高,但运用护理理论制定延续护理方案能力还很弱。结论:在专科护理教育中开设延续护理教学合适且可行,本课题的延续护理课程内容设计符合我国社会需求和专科护理教育实际,但需提高专科学生的延续护理理论应用能力。Objective :To explore the necessity and feasibility of setting up continual nursing curriculum in the specialty nursing education. Methods:First, self - designed questionnaires were used to investigate and study. Then curriculum design and preliminary experimental study were carried out by means of content analysis and interview to complete initial study. Results:There were 100% of the respondents considered that it was necessary to carry out continual nursing, 86.67% of the respondents believed that it was necessary to set up the continual nursing curriculum, and only 60.00% of the respondents thought it was appropriate to set up continual nursing curriculum in junior college. The experimental design of this course showed that the students had a high aca- demic achievement, but the ability of using nursing theory to develop continual nursing program was still weak. Conclusion : Continual nursing education is suitable and feasible in the specialty nursing education. The continual nursing curriculum content design of this subject is in accordance with the social needs of our country and the practice of the nursing education. However it is necessary to improve the application ability of continual nursing theory among the students.
