摘 要:目的:分析模拟案例演练在新护士培训中的实践效果,为临床提供指导。方法:抽取2014年4月~2015年10月我院86名新护士作为研究对象,随机等分为对照组和观察组,对照组实施传统培训模式;观察组实施模拟案例演练培训模式,分析比较两组新护士的理论知识、操作技能、应急能力评分及满意度。结果:对照组新护士的满意度明显低于观察组,且观察组新护士的理论知识、操作技能、应急能力评分明显高于对照组(P均〈0.05)。结论:模拟案例演练在新护士培训中的实践效果明显,值得推广。Objective : To analyze the practical effect of the simulated case training in the training of new nurses and to provide guidance for clinical practice. Methods : A total of 86 new nurses in our hospital from April 2014 to October 2015 were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The con- trol group carried out the traditional training mode and the observation group carried out the simulation case training. The new nurses' theory knowledge, the operation skill, the emergency ability score and the satisfaction degree in the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results:The satisfaction of the new nurses in the control group was significantly lower than that in the observation group. The scores of theoretical knowledge, operation skills and emergency a- bility in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion : The practice of simulation case training in the training of new nurses is obvious and it is worthy of promotion,
