摘 要:目的:探讨小檗碱(BBR)对高脂饮食前列腺癌小鼠血脂、红细胞脆性及红细胞免疫功能的影响。方法:将36只皮下已接种好的前列腺癌小鼠随机分成3组:正常饮食组(A组)、高脂饮食组(B组)、BBR+高脂饮食组(C组)。30天后测定血脂、红细胞脆性(EOF)及红细胞C3b受体花环率(E-C3bRR)及红细胞免疫复合物花环率(E-ICRR)变化水平。结果:B组的红细胞渗透脆性(EOF)高于A组,C组的红细胞渗透脆性(EOF)高于A组低于B组(P<0.05);B组E-C3bRR明显低于A组,E-ICRR高于A组(P<0.05);C组E-C3bRR明显高于B组,EICRR低于B组(P<0.05)。结论:高脂饮食可以降低前列腺癌模型小鼠红细胞免疫功能;BBR直接可以调节前列腺癌小鼠红细胞免疫功能以及通过降低前列腺癌小鼠血脂后间接调节红细胞免疫功能。Objective: To study the effect of berberine( BBR) on blood lipid and red cell immunity in mice with high fat diet. Methods: 36 subcutaneous prostate cancer mice were randomly divided into 3 groups: normal diet group( group A),high fat diet group( group B),BBR + high fat diet group( group C). Serum lipids,erythrocyte fragility( EOF),erythrocyte C3 breceptor rosette( E-C3bRR) and erythrocyte immune complex rosette( E-ICRR) levels were measured 30 days later. Results: EOF of group B was higher than group A; EOF of group C was higher than group A,but lower than group B( P〈0. 05); E-C3 bRR of group B was lower than group A,but E-ICRR was higher than group A( P〈0. 05); EC3 bRR of group C was significantly higher than group B,but E-ICRR was lower than group B( P〈0. 05). Conclusion:High fat diet can reduce the erythrocyte immunity in mice with prostate cancer; BBR can directly regulate the erythrocyte immune and indirectly regulate the erythrocyte immunity by reducing blood lipids in mice with prostate cancer.
