疏血通注射液与丁苯酞注射液联合治疗急性脑梗死的临床效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨疏血通注射液与丁苯酞注射液联合治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法将2013年5月～2015年12月来我院治疗的急性脑梗死患者126例按照治疗方法分为两组，研究组和对照组各63例，对照组用疏血通注射液进行治疗，研究组用疏血通注射液与丁苯酞注射液联合治疗，两组均连续用药14d。比较两组患者的临床疗效及治疗前后NIHSS评分、Barthel评分。结果研究组的总有效率与对照组比较更高，两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。治疗后研究组的NIHSS评分与对照组比较更低，Barthel评分更高，两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论疏血通注射液与丁苯酞注射液联合治疗急性脑梗死效果显著，能更好的改善患者神经功能缺损程度及促进生活活动能力的提高，可作为一种治疗急性脑梗死的有效方法在临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of shuxuetong injection combined with butylphthalide injection in treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods 126 cases of patients with acute cerebral infarction cured in our hospital from May 2013 to December 2015 were selected and divided into study group （63 cases） and control group （63 cases） according to the treatment method. Patients in control group were treated with shuxuetong injection,and patients in study group were treated with shuxuetong injection combined with butylphthalide injection.Two groups were continuous medication for 14 days.Clinical efficacy and NIHSS score,Barthel score before and after treatment of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of study group was higher than that of control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）.After treatment,the NIHSS score of study group was lower than that of control group, the Barthel score was higher, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The effect of shuxuetong injection combined with butylphthalide injection in treatment of acute cerebral infarction is significant.It can better improve the degree of neurological impairment,and improve the ability of living activities.It can be used as an effective method in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.
