摘　　要：铁皮文件柜是通过一系列严密的制作过程制造的,其材料是冷轧钢板,铁皮文件柜的用途一般是放置日常有用的纸制资料文件、更衣间用来存储衣物以及其他分类的文件或物品的容器。办公室的铁皮文件柜里放的书等资料多了以后,层间隔板经常发生失效,失效的原因主要是下面的小托架失效。本论文任务要求首先认真观察铁皮文件柜层间隔板托架失效现象,然后从理论和有限元计算两个方面校核托架的稳定性,最后提出改进意见。The manufacture of metal filing cabinets is after some detailed working procedure, and use made of cold-rolled steel sheet for the material sheet metal file cabinets, metal cabinets used is generally placed useful daily paper data file, locker room used to store files or items of clothing and other classification container.Put the books in the office of metal filing cabinets more information lat- er, interlayer diaphragm failure happens often, failure reason is mainly the small bracket below. Task requires, first of all, this paper carefully observe metal filing cabinets interlayer plate bracket failure phenomenon, and then from two aspects of theory and finite element calculation and checking the stability of the bracket, and finally puts forward improvement Suggestions.
