摘　　要：中国学位论文网络出版目前存在多元化开发、商业开发授权不规范、非营利开发受限等问题。从科研成果的公共性效用和传播利用的经济效用来看,学位论文适宜开放存取的出版模式。文中从国家和机构的开放存取政策、出版资助等经济利益分析、学位论文版权因素的影响、开放存取实施机构设置等方面探讨中国学位论文开放存取出版的可行性。There are some problems in the publishing of dissertation in China, such as diversified development, non-standardized license in commercial exploitation and development constraints in non-profit development. From the public effect and economic benefits, dissertations are fit for open access. This paper analyzed the practicability of dissertation＇ s open access from four aspects： the press policy of country and institution, publication funding to open access, copyright protecting and enforcement body of specific transaction.
