二氧化锆修复上下前牙对口腔美学的临床研究

摘　　要：目的应用二氧化锆全瓷冠修复上下前牙，分析其临床效果，探讨二氧化锆对口腔美学修复的研究价值。方法选取2013年3月至2014年5月在本院口腔科进行上下前牙修复的患者68例，按照材料使用的不同分为对照组与研究组。对照组采取普通烤瓷冠进行上下牙的修复，共32例患者，患牙118颗，研究组采取二氧化锆全瓷冠进行修复，共36例患者，患牙134颗。修复后2年进行随访，比较两组患者患牙的修复成功率、牙龈状况、边缘着色情况、邻牙的配合度以及是否有破损崩瓷情况。结果研究组边缘着色评价为A级的128颗，B级6颗，明显高于对照组（A级86颗、B级20颗、C级12颗），对比差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。研究组患者的牙龈发炎情况、邻牙的配合度以及破损崩瓷情况均要明显要好于对照组，两组对比差异具有统计学意义（均P〈0．05）。结论临床上采用二氧化皓全瓷冠进行上下牙的修复，无论是从修复的成功率还是修复效果来看，都要明显好于普通烤瓷冠，不仅对口腔美学修复具有重要的应用价值，同时带给患者更多的便利以及牙周健康。Objective To explore the clinical effect and oral aesthetics of zirconium dioxide ceramic crown in repair of upper and lower anterior teeth. Methods 68 patients undertaking the repaire of upper and lower anterior teeth at our department from March, 2013 to May, 2014 were selected and divided into a control group （n=32） and a research group （n=36）. The control group were repaired with common ceramic crown and the research group zirconium dioxide ceramic crown. After 2 years＇ follow-up, the successful repair rate, gingival condition, edge coloring, the degree of adaptability and damage of adjacent teeth were compared between these two groups. Results 128 teeth were graded A and 6 B in edge coloring in the research group and 86 A, 20 B, and 12 C in the control group, with statistical differences （P 〈 0.05）. The gingival condition and the degree of adaptability and damage of adjacent teeth were significantly better in the research group than in the control group （P 〈 0.05 ） . Conclusions Zirconium dioxide ceramic crown in the repair of upper and lower anterior teeth is significantly better in successful repair rate and repair effect than common ceramic crown. It not only has an important application value for the restoration of oral aesthetics, but also bring more convenience to the patients as well as periodontal health.
