摘  要:通过研究不同贮藏方式、不同光照和温度处理时大白杜鹃(Rhododendron decorum)和露珠杜鹃(R.irroratum)种子的发芽情况,探索最适合高山杜鹃萌发的条件。结果表明,室温干藏是两种高山杜鹃最佳的贮藏方式;光照14h时有利于种子萌发;大白杜鹃在变温条件下发芽率和发芽势极显著提高,露珠杜鹃在恒温条件下发芽率和发芽势显著提高。To explored germination characteristics of Rhododendron seed, the germination experiments were done under different storage methods, different illumination and different temperature. The conclusions showed that, dry storage at room temperature was the best storage way of two species Rhododendron, continuous illumination for 14 hours was beneficial to seed germination, the germina- tion rate and potentiality of R.decorum that under variable temperature were significantly improved, the germination rate and germination potentiality of R.irroratum that under constant temperature were improved.
