摘  要:目的:探讨急性早幼粒细胞白血病(acute promyelocytic leukemia,APL)患者治疗前后血浆硫化氢(H2S)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、叶酸和维生素B_(12)的关系。方法:随机挑选初治APL住院患者26例为病例组,健康体检者26例为对照组。测定病例组和对照组血浆中的H2S、Hcy和叶酸浓度,分别比较病例组急性发病期、临床缓解期与健康对照组之间有无统计学差异。结果:病例组在急性发病期血浆中的H2S和Hcy浓度明显升高,叶酸浓度明显下降,与临床缓解期和对照组相比,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);病例组经治疗后进入临床缓解期的患者血浆中的H2S和Hcy浓度降低,叶酸浓度升高,接近健康对照组,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);病例组在治疗前后血浆H2S和Hcy浓度变化均呈正相关,与叶酸浓度变化呈负相关。结论:APL血浆H2S升高可能与Hcy和叶酸浓度变化有关。Objective:To investigate the relationship between plasma hydrogen sulfide (H 2 S),homocysteine (Hcy), folic acid and vitamin B1 2 in patients with acute promyelocytic leukemia (APL)before and after treatment.Methods:A total of 26 cases of hospitalized patients with APL were randomly selected as the case group,and 26 healthy persons as control group. The levels of H 2 S,Hcy and folic acid in the plasma of patients and control group were measured,and there was no significant difference between the patients with acute phase,clinical remission and healthy control group.Results:At acute stage,plasma H 2 S and Hcy concentration increased significantly,but folic acid concentration decreased significantly showing significant differences comparing with levels at clinical remission stage and levels of control group (P 〈0.01).After treatment,patients were relieved to remission stage,plasma H 2 S and Hcy concentration decreased,folic acid concentration increased close to that of the healthy control group,the difference was not statistically significant (P 〉0.05 ).In case group,plasma H 2 S and Hcy concentration was positively correlated with each other but was negatively correlated with the concentration of folic acid before and after treatment.Conclusion:Increased plasma H 2 S in APL may be related to the changes of Hcy and folic acid concentra-tion.
