摘　　要：目的 探讨甲状腺癌患者对诊断及术后131Ⅰ清甲治疗的心理体验。 方法 采用质性研究设计，资料来源于38例接受放射性碘治疗患者隔离治疗期间的日记。应用诠释现象学分析法对研究对象的日记进行分析。 结果 患者与甲状腺癌诊断及术后131Ⅰ清甲治疗相关的主题包括从困扰到接受的心理历程、放射性碘治疗期间的体验、癌症相关的个人成长。结论 了解甲状腺癌患者诊断后的心理历程及其术后放射性碘治疗期间的心理体验，有助于临床实践者提升对此类患者的照顾质量。Objective To explore the experience of thyroid cancer patients about the diagnosis and post-surgical radioactive iodine treatment. Methods A qualitative, descriptive study was used. Thirty-eight patients with thyroid cancer who were undergoing post-surgical radioactive iodine treatment participated in this study. Dairies about the participants＇ experience were collected from them. Interpretative phenomenological analysis was used. Results Three superordinate themes emerged： the psychological process from distress to acceptance; the experience about post-surgical radioactive iodine treatment; and personal growth related to the cancer. Conclusions Understanding the psychological process of patients with thyroid cancer after the diagnosis and their experience about post-surgical radioactive iodine treatment can contribute to the clinical staff to improve the care quality for this group.
