摘 要:厘清图书馆员职业生涯发展研究的理论脉络对于图书馆人力资源管理具有重要的理论与现实意义。文章采用文献调研法,梳理了国外图书馆员职业生涯发展研究的理论脉络,并逐渐形成了发展视角、动态视角和叙事视角三种研究范式和理论视角。从发展视角的研究来看,图书馆员职业生涯主要受到年龄、工龄增长的影响,呈线性阶段特征;从动态视角的研究来看,图书馆员职业生涯呈现非线性的动态发展变化特征;从叙事视角的研究来看,图书馆员职业生涯更加注重馆员个体对职业生涯的认识以及其自觉性对职业发展的影响。It is of great theoretical and practical significance to clarify the theoretical framework of the research on the career development of librarians. The paper uses the method of literature research, review the theoretical framework of the study on the career development of foreign librarians. Three approaches have been formulated in the field of librarian career development research by study on the social development of human beings. The first approach is from the perspective of development, which believes that librarians' career development follows a liner model and can be divided into different stages. Contrary to development approach, dynamic approach claims trajectories of librarians' career development is nonliner and can flow during librarians' life. Using narrative as methodology, the last narrative approach explores how individual librarian explaining and making sense of his/her career trajectory and consciousness in librarians' career trajectories.
