摘　　要：目的分析动脉粥样硬化性血栓性脑梗死患者外周血IgG与血脂指标的变化。方法选取2015年7月至2016年7月收治的46例动脉粥样硬化性血栓性脑梗死患者以及接受体检的46例健康者临床资料,设46例动脉粥样硬化性血栓性脑梗死患者为研究组,46例健康者为对照组,所有患者均抽血检测,并比对两组血脂指标、各时间点血清炎症指标以及外周血IgG水平。结果研究组LDL-C、TG以及TC水平均高于对照组,HDL-C水平低于对照组(P<0.05);发病24 h研究组血清IL-6水平、hs-CRP水平均高于对照组,医治2周后研究组IL-6水平高于对照组,hs-CRP水平低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组外周血Ig G水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论治疗动脉粥样硬化性血栓性脑梗死患者,临床上应尽早改进患者代谢功能失调以及控制血脂,抑制炎症反应,有效调节其免疫反应,以改善疾病预后。Objective To analyze the changes in peripheral blood level of Ig G and blood lipid indexes in patients with arteriosclerotic thrombotic cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 46 patients with arteriosclerotic thrombotic cerebral infarction during July 2015 to July 2016 were treated in this hospital,and 46 healthy physical examiners were selected as controls.According to the healthy status,46 patients with arteriosclerotic thrombotic cerebral infarction were allocated in study group,and 46 healthy examiners were listed in control group.All of them received blood examinations.The blood lipid indexes,serum level of inflammatory factors at different periods and peripheral blood level of Ig G in these two groups were compared.Results The blood levels of LDL-C,TG and TC in patients of study group were higher than those of control group,and the blood level of HDL-C was lower than that of control group（ P〈0.05）.The serum levels of IL-6 and hs-CRP in study group in 24 hours after the onset of disease were higher than those of control group.The blood level of IL-6 in study group in 2 weeks after treatment was higher than that of control group,and blood level of hs-CRP was lower than that of control group（ P〈0.05）.The peripheral blood level of Ig G in study group was evidently higher than that of control group（ P〈0.05）.Conclusion For treatment of patients with arteriosclerotic thrombotic cerebral infarction,there is need to improve metabolic disorders,control blood lipids,inhibit inflammatory reaction and effectively adjust immune reaction,in order to improve the prognosis of these patients.
