瘦素及其受体与骨肉瘤发生的关系研究

摘　　要：目的研究瘦素及其受体(OB-R)与骨肉瘤发生之间的关系。方法纳入2014年9月至2015年9月期间收治的25例骨肉瘤患者(研究组)和25例软骨瘤患者(对照组)参与临床研究。收集两组患者手术切除的新鲜病理组织标本,采用免疫组化法检测两组患者病理组织标本中瘦素及其受体的表达水平。对研究组中发生肿瘤转移和未发生肿瘤转移患者病理组织中的瘦素及其受体阳性检出率比较,并对检测结果进行统计学处理。结果研究组患者病理组织标本中瘦素、受体的表达水平均明显高于对照组患者(P<0.05),研究组患者中发生肿瘤转移患者的瘦素、受体的阳性检出率均明显高于未发生肿瘤转移的患者(P<0.05)。结论瘦素及其受体的异常升高表达与骨肉瘤患者疾病的发生和发展均存在密切关系。Objective To research the relationship between leptin,receptor（ OB- R） and osteosarcoma occurrence. Methods During the period from September 2014 to September 2015,25 cases of osteosarcoma（ study group） and 25 cases of chondroma patients（ control group）were included in clinical research. Fresh tissue samples of patients with surgical resection were collected,to detect the expression of leptin and its receptor by immunohistochemical method. Leptin and its receptor positive rate of the study group were compared. Results The detection results showed that the expression levels of leptin,receptor of pathological tissues in the research group were significant higher than those in the control group（ P〈0. 05）,and leptin receptor positive rate in the reearch group patients with metastasis was significant higher than those in patients without metastasis（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Abnormal elevation of leptin and leptin receptor expression in patients with osteosarcoma are associated with tumor development and progression of the disease.
