摘　　要：使用机械按摩可放松肌肉并缓解疲劳,在一定程度上缓解青年人在长期作业中积累的疲劳。针对青年用户对理想按摩椅的使用需求,对背部按摩装置进行了分段式设计,并对各分段部位的按摩头位置、按摩方式、机械构造等进行针对性设计。其中,头颈段和肩背段采用固定式按摩机芯,腰部段采用行走式按摩机芯,以此设置适应相应部位的按摩方式。通过对该装置各分段部位的连接处进行伸缩调节,以满足不同体型用户的生理尺度需求。同时,装置的整体结构可实现折叠,从而达到节省空间的目的。该装置的设计有利于为背部按摩装置的个性化定制与开发提供参考。The mechanical massage could relax muscles and relieve fatigue of young people during their long-term works in a certain extent. A segmented back-massage appliance was designed aiming at the requirement of young people for ideal massage chairs. The position of massage head, massage mode and mechanical structure in each segmentation were targeted designed. The fixed massage movement was used in the head-neck section and shoulder section. The walking massage movement was used in the waist section. These settings could fit the massage mode of each segment. The physiological dimensions of different body forms could be satisfied through the telescopic adjustment of each segmented joint. The overall structure of the appliance could be folded to reach the target of space saving. This design could provide references for personalized customization of back-massage appliance.
