摘　　要：利益诱惑是医学人体试验中较为隐蔽的一种活动,具有非正当性。其造成的不当影响主要表现为产生诱惑力继而对受试者内心产生一定的影响,从而使其做出可能不符合内心的真实意思表示。避免利益诱惑及其不当影响需要从本质上区分利益诱惑与利益分享、对不同类型受试者适用不同规则以及加强机构伦理委员会的审查监督功能。Interest temptation is a relatively hidden improper activity in medical human trials. Improper influence brought by interest temptation mainly displays allure in mind on subjects, which may lead them to make unreal promise. To avoid interest temptation and the undue influence, it needs to essentially distinguish interest temptation and interest sharing, apply different rules to different types of the subjects and strengthen the supervision function of institutional ethics committee.
