摘　　要：阐述了Roy适应模式形成的历史背景、模式所包含的主要内容以及国内外该模式的应用现状对比,指出护理人员在临床实践中应将护理理论与实践充分结合,进而提高护理服务质量。It described the formed historical background of Roy adaptation model, the main content of the model and its application status quo at home and abroad. It pointed out that the nursing staff should combine the theory and practice of nursing in clinical practice, so as to improve the quality of nursing service.
