摘　　要：针对科技查新的发展情况,分析了模式化科技查新发展的局限性,提出了借鉴技术竞争情报理念、融合综合评价理论、结合计量学方法的解决策略,以专项查新案例展现深化查新分析力度的实践结果,将传统文献检索结合多元化分析方法,综合评价项目的创新性和整体发展态势。After the limitations of modeling scientific literature novelty assessment were analyzed in light of the development of scientific literature novelty assessment,comprehensive assessment of the innovations and overall development of the projects was proposed with combined traditional literature retrieval and multivariate analysis according to the competitive information theory and integrated comprehensive assessment theory in combination with bibliometrics and special case analysis of literature novelty assessment.
