On the Relationship between the Youth Research and Youth Work: Service and Dependence

摘　　要：长期以来青年研究与青年工作相互脱节的问题,没有能从根本上得以解决,业已成为我国青年理论工作者和实际工作者都越来越关注的问题。从青年研究理论层次之功能和决策或实践层次之功能的视角,阐述了青年研究和青年工作"服务"和"依靠"的辩证关系;也从现代科学决策的组织架构层面,探讨了青年研究机构为青年工作部门决策服务的思想库、智囊团的作用,提出了青年工作决策者在借鉴研究成果时离不开自身理论修养的主张,从而更好地促进青年工作决策的科学性;为使青年研究更好的服务党和政府青年工作,青年研究者要正确认识和处理基础理论研究和应用对策研究的关系、个人学术兴趣和社会责任的关系、提供对策建议与提供思想、理论、观点的关系、学术著作和决策参考材料的关系,积极为党和人民述学立论、建言献策。The problem of disconnection between youth research and youth work, which is not solved fundamentally, has attracted more and more attention from the theoretical workers on youth and practical workers for a long time. From the perspective on functions of both theoretical level of youth research and decision making and practical levels, the article states the dialectical relationship between ＂service＂ and ＂dependence＂ of youth research and youth work, also discusses from the level of organizational framework of current scientific decision-making the function of decision-making service think-banks and think-tanks of of youth research organizations for youth work departments and elaborates on the ideas that youth work decision-makers can hardly do without self-cultivation in theory when they use the research results for reference, so as to better promote the scientific decision-making on youth work, in order to make the youth research better serve the youth work of the Party and the government. The researchers on youth should get a correct understanding and management of the relationships between the basic theoretical research and practical strategy, between individual academic interest and social responsibilities, between making suggestions and providing ideas, theories and opinions and between academic works and reference materials for making decisions, and actively put forward theories and giving suggestions for the Party and the people.
