摘  要:目的探讨口腔鳞癌患者外周血与癌组织中白细胞介素-7(IL-7)和FOXp3表达水平的差异。方法选取2013年8月至2015年8月间中国人民解放军第二五四医院经病理检查确诊的30例口腔鳞状细胞癌患者为试验组,同期来院行常规体检的30例健康人群为对照组。取两组人群外周血,检测IL-7及FOXp3水平,比较试验组患者不同病理分期口腔癌组织和癌旁组织中IL-7及FOXp3表达情况。结果相较于健康人外周血中的IL-7为(1.31±0.31)pg/ml和FOXp3表达量为单位1,Ⅰ~Ⅱ期和Ⅲ~Ⅳ期口腔癌患者外周血中IL-7为(16.32±4.53)pg/ml和(25.24±4.73)pg/ml,FOXp3为(5.12±3.03)和(12.42±4.11)呈明显高表达,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05),且IL-7和FOXp3表达水平呈明显正相关(r=0.742,P<0.05)。Ⅰ~Ⅱ期和Ⅲ~Ⅳ期口腔癌患者癌组织中IL-7为(19.75±5.64)pg/ml和(33.42±6.47)pg/ml,FOXp3为(8.04±4.21)和(22.41±5.37),表达量明显高于癌旁组织(1.35±0.24)pg/ml,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05),且Ⅲ~Ⅳ期口腔癌患者癌组织中IL-7(33.42±6.47)pg/ml和FOXp3(22.41±5.37)表达量较Ⅰ~Ⅱ期口腔癌患者癌组织中IL-7(19.75±5.64)pg/ml和FOXp3(8.04±4.21)表达量明显偏高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。口腔癌组织中IL-7和FOXp3表达水平呈明显正相关(r=0.544,P<0.05)。结论 IL-7和FOXp3在口腔鳞癌患者癌组织和外周血中呈现明显的高表达,其表达水平与口腔癌的发生发展有一定相关性。Objective To explore differences in the expression levels of Interleukin-7(IL-7) and FOXp3 in the peripheral blood and tissues of oral squamous cell carcinoma(OSCC) patients and its clinical significance.Methods Select 30 OSCC patients confirmed by pathological examination as experiment group and 30 healthy individuals having the routine physical examination of the corresponding period as control at PLA No.254 Hospital from August 2013 to August 2015.Peripheral blood was collected and the expression of IL-7 and FOXp3 in oral tumor tissues and tissues adjacent to tumors at different levels of L-7 and FOXp3 were compared.Results Compared with 1.31 ± 0.31 pg/ml of IL-7 and FOXp3 levels in the healthy people,level of IL-7 in peripheral blood was 16.32 ±4.53 pg/ml and 25.24 ±4.73 pg/ml,and level of F0Xp3 in peripheral blood was 5.12 ±3.03 and 3.03 ±4.11 in patients with stage Ⅰ or Ⅱ OSCC and patients with stage Ⅲ or Ⅳ OSCC respectively,which were significantly high expression(all P〈0.05).Significant positive correlation was found between the expression levels of IL-7 and FOXp3(r =0.742,P〈0.05).Level of IL-7 in tumor tissues was 19.75 ± 5.64 pg/ml and 33.42 ± 6.47pg/ml and level of FOXp3 in tumor tissues was 8.04 ±4.21 and 4.21 ±5.37 in patients with stage Ⅰ or Ⅱ OSCC and patients with stage Ⅲ or Ⅳ OSCC respectively,and the expression is significantly higher than in tissues adjacent to tumor(1.35 ±0.24 pg/ml,P〈0.05).Expression level of IL-7(33.42 ±6.47 pg/ml) and the expression level of FOXp3(22.41 ± 5.37) in patients with stage Ⅲ or Ⅳ OSCC was significantly higher than 19.75 ± 5.64 pg/ml and 8.04 ± 4.21 of patients with stage Ⅰ or Ⅱ OSCC,respectively(P〈0.05).Significant positive correlation was found between expression level of IL- 7 and FOXp3 in oral tumor tissues(r = 0.544,P〈0.05).Conclusion Expression level of IL-7 and FOXp3 in OSCC tumor tissues and peripheral blood was obviously high,which has certain correlation with the developm
