摘　　要：锡林郭勒盟以牛羊肉类产业为资源优势,是农牧区发展的支柱产业,同时在促进畜牧业发展和增加农牧民收入等方面发挥了重要的作用。就当地牛羊屠宰及加工的现状进行调研,针对目前锡林郭勒盟牛羊屠宰及加工存在的问题进行分析,结合其他地区产业化发展的成功经验,提出了合理化建议和一些相应改进措施。以适应当地肉制品加工业的发展趋势。The beef and mutton industry was taken as the resource advantage by Xilingol League. It was a pillar industry in the development of the agricultural and pastoral areas,and it played an important role in promoting the development of animal husbandry and increasing the income of farmers and herdsmen. The status of local cattle and sheep slaughtering and processing was investigated,and the problems existing in cattle and sheep slaughtering and processing were analyzed. Combined with the successful experience of industrial development in other areas,the reasonable suggestions and some corresponding improvement measures were put forward to adapt to the development trend of meat products processing industry.
