摘  要:针对当前军用车辆在高原环境下蒸汽阀故障频发现象,开展了三种膨胀水箱蒸汽压力形成方案研究,深入分析了各种方案的工作机理,工作过程及优缺点,指出了空气蒸汽阀和全封闭膨胀水箱的固有缺陷,提出了采用向膨胀水箱内引入增压压力的蒸汽压力的方案。In view of the phenomenon of frequent failure in steam valve of the special vehicle in the plateau environment, three kinds of expansion tank steam pressure formation scheme were studied in this paper. The working principle of the various solutions, the engineering process and the advantages, disadvantages were analyzed. The inherent defects of the expansion water tank of the air steam valve and the fully closed valve were pointed out. This paper presents a scheme to introduce the boost pressure of the steam into the expansion tank.
