摘  要:以改装共轨柴油发动机,使用二阶段喷射与等热值方式,由进气歧管预先喷入煤油,与空气均质混合,探讨不同燃料混合燃烧特性与热释放燃烧相位变化,对于发动机性能和排放等相关影响。研究发现,二阶段预喷煤油下,对于发动机高转速高负荷时,扭力输出有些微上升,且缸压峰值随着煤油喷入前移,热释放峰值越接近在上死点附近。喷入煤油后NO_x的排放量有下降的趋势,HC的排放量有上升的趋势,而CO的排放量也有上升的趋势,烟度的排放有些微改善下降。The modified common-rail diesel engine with two-stage equal heating value duel fuel injection, this paper discusses that kerosene is injected inside the intake manifold while its proportion is varied to study this assistant kerosene injection on the engine performance. Results indicate under high engine speed and load, the engine torque is slightly increased. The premixed kerosene-air charge inside the combustion chamber improves the traditional engine ignition delay so that the engine torque is increased. The peak cylinder pressure is moved advanced to near the TDC and the heat release has the same results. The NOx has reduction trend while the HC and CO are both increased. However, the smoke is slightly improved.
