摘  要:目的研究三叶木通Akebia trifoliata(Thunb.)Koidaz化学成分及其抗氧化活性。方法 DPPH法筛选三叶木通95%乙醇提取物的抗氧化活性部位,通过硅胶、Sephadex LH-20、制备柱进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定所得化合物的结构,再评价其抗氧化活性。结果乙酸乙酯部位抗氧化活性最显著,从中分离出8个化合物,分别鉴定为齐墩果酸(1)、6,7,10-三羟基-8-十八烯酸(2)、正三十四烷(3)、2,6-二氧甲基-1,4-苯醌(4)、β-谷甾醇(5)、香草酸(6)、咖啡酸(7)、秦皮乙素(8)。化合物7和8对DPPH自由基的清除能力较强,IC50分别为14.939μg/m L和15.631μg/m L。结论化合物3、4、6为首次从木通属植物中分离得到,而且化合物7和8抗氧化活性较好。AIM To study the chemical constituents from Akebia trifoliata ( Thunb. ) Koidaz and their anti-ox- idant activities. METHODS DPPH method was used for screening A. trifoliata 95% ethanol extract's fraction with anti-oxidant activity. The isolation and purification were performed by silica, Sephadex LH-20 and preparative column, the structures of obtained compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data. Then their anti-oxidant activities were evaluated. RESULTS Ethyl acetate fraction showed the most significant anti-oxidant activity. Eight compounds were isolated and identified as oleanolic acid (1), 6, 7, 10-trihydroxy-8- octadecenoic acid (2) , tetratriacontane (3) , 2, 6-dimethoxy-1, 4-benzoquinone (4) , [3-sitosterol (5) , vanillic acid (6), caffeic acid (7), aesculetin (8). Compounds 7 and 8 exhibited strong scavenging activities against DPPH free radical with the IC50 values of 14. 939 μg/mL and 15.631 μg/mL, respectively. CONCLUSION Compounds 3, 4 and 6 are isolated from genus Akebia for the first time, and compounds 7 and 8 have good anti-oxi- dant activities.
