摘　　要：当前临床上广泛应用RECIST标准对肿瘤的治疗应答进行评估，但其存在明显不足，目前也无早期评价肿瘤放疗应答的理想方法。本文综述了PET—CT、MRI及CT在早期放疗疗效评价方面的相关研究．并进一步探讨TOMO治疗中应用MVCT图像cT值早期评价肿瘤放疗敏感性的必要性和可行性。Response evaluation criteria in solid tumors is widely used for assessing tumor response to radiotherapy in clinical practice. However, it is clearly insufficient. Currently there is no ideal method for early evaluation of tumor radiation response. This paper reviews studies on early evaluation of radiotherapy efficacy by positron emission tomography-computed tomography （CT） , magnetic resonance imaging, and CT. This paper also further explores the necessity and feasibility of CT values of megavoltage CT scans in early evaluation of the radiosensitivity of tumor dufing tomotherapy.
