摘 要:为了提高绩效评价的简便性、正确性与科学性,提出用TOPSIS法对高校教师绩效进行评价,并与主成分分析和熵值结合法的评价结果进行了对比。实验结果表明,采用TOPSIS法评价模型得出的评价结果与实际情况一致,在评价结果准确度上与主成分分析和熵值结合法相同,在算法复杂度上更具优势,简单易行,整个过程没有主观因素的干扰,使得评价结果更为客观合理,更适应于高校教师的评价。In order to improve the simplicity, correctness and scientificity of college teachers' performance evaluation, it is proposed that to evaluate college teachers' performance by TOPSIS method. Comparing the evaluation result with that of by the method combined with principal component and entropy method, the result shows that the evaluation result of TOPSIS method basically tally with the actual situation, it has the same accuracy as that of the combined method, but TOPSIS method has more advantages on the algorithm complexity, and is much simpler. The whole evaluation process does not be interfered with subjective factors, so the evaluation result is more objective and reasonable, and the method is more suitable to evaluate college teachers' performance.
