摘　　要：C语言程序设计是工科大学生进入大学后必修的计算机基础课,针对南疆地区少数民族学生数学、英语基础弱、逻辑思维能力欠缺、学生主动学习不强等问题,探讨了如何通过以培养学生实践动手能力,增强学生主动参与课堂、参与项目意识,提高学生程序编写能力。以培育南疆信息化实用型人才为基础,从培养学生实践动手能力、项目引导教学、创新教学理念等方面,提出了该课程教学改革的基本思路和方法。C language programming is a required computer basic course for college students. In Southern Xinjiang minority,students are weak in mathematics, English, logic thinking ability and self-initiative. How to cultivate the experimental and operational ability of students, increase the involvement in class and project, improve the programming ability and the teaching effect are explored in this paper. And on the basis of cultivating practical talents of Southern Xinjiang informatization, from the aspects of training students＇ practical ability, project guided teaching and innovation of teaching idea, puts forward the basic thoughts and ways of the teaching reform of the course.
