摘　　要：近年来干细胞研究越来越受到关注,干细胞可用于许多疾病,包括神经系统疾病、糖尿病、肾脏、肝脏疾病甚至癌症等的治疗.已有大量干细胞应用于肝病治疗的研究报道,尽管其中既充满了挑战也有许多困境与难题,但干细胞再生医学的临床应用仍将充满希望.The clinical applications of stem cells have attracted wide attention for years.Stem cells could be used to treat many diseases,such as nervous diseases,diabetes mellitus,kidney disease,liver diseases,and cancer.There have been many reports about the applications of stem cells in liver diseases,although there are still many problems.Stem cell based therapies will emerge as a promising option for the treatment of liver diseases.
