葡萄皮色素的提取及在棉织物染色中的应用

摘　　要：以废弃的葡萄为原料,获取葡萄皮,用90%的乙醇溶液提取葡萄皮中的花青素,用柠檬酸调节溶液p H,通过正交试验分析提取液吸光度获得的最佳色素提取条件为:浸提时间110 min,p H=2,料液比1∶6,浸提温度80℃。用硫酸铝钾作为媒染剂上染纯棉织物,并经过正交试验分析比较染色织物的K/S值得到最佳染色方法为后媒染,最优染色工艺为:染色时间60 min,染液p H=4,浴比1∶70,染色温度60℃。The nature pigment anthocyanins was extracted from the grape peel, which were raw materials obtained from discarded grapes with 90% ethanol solution. And the p H of solution was adjusted by citric acid. The absorbance of the extract was analyzed by orthogonal test, so as to obtain the best pigment extraction process： temperature 80 ℃, time 110 min, p H=2, solid to liquid ratio 1∶6. Potassium aluminum sulphate was used as mordant for dyeing cotton fabric. The K/S value of the dyed silk was tested and analyzed, and it showed that the best dyeing method was post-mordant. The optimum dyeing processes were as follows： dyeing time 60 min, p H=4, liquor ratio 1∶70, dyeing temperature 60 ℃.
