摘　　要：在考虑随机市场需求的基础上,通过建立收益共享-价格补贴联合契约模型,可以实现简单的三级供应链系统协调.但突发事件所引起的市场规模剧烈变化,会造成供应链环境不稳定,进而影响到节点企业的正常运行,打乱其原有的生产计划.为此,文章给出了突发事件下的供应链优化应急策略,并改进了原联合契约使其具备抗突发事件性.最后运用数值算例来验证收益共享-价格补贴联合契约的有效性,并对供应链系统的总利润在其各成员间如何分配进行了说明.Based on the consideration of stochastic market demand, coordination of simple three-level supply chain is achieved through the establishment of revenue sharing and markdown money combined contract model. But dramatic changes in the size of the market under disruption, will cause instability in the supply chain environment, thereby affecting the normal operation of the enterprise node and disrupting its original production plan. Supply chain optimization contingency strategies are proposed under disruption, and the original combined contract has been improved to include an anti-emergency nature. Finally, numerical examples are utilized to verify the effectiveness of t revenue sharing and markdown money combined contract, and how to distribute gross profit supply chain system among its members has been described.
