索拉非尼治疗原发性肝癌的疗效与血清b-FGF水平的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的观察索拉非尼对原发性肝癌治疗后血清b-FGF水平的影响,并分析血清b-FGF变化与疗效和皮肤毒性的相关性。方法选取56例晚期原发性肝癌患者,予以甲苯磺酸索拉非尼口服治疗8周。ELISA检测治疗前后血清b-FGF水平,并与索拉非尼疗效及皮肤不良反应进行亚组分析。结果所有患者均完成既定8周治疗。其中CR 0例,PR 14例,SD 17例,PD 25例,总有效率55.4%。全组患者平均b-FGF检测值为46.2pg/m L,治疗前为57.2 pg/m L,治疗后均值为37.9 pg/m L。亚组分析血清b-FGF水平与索拉非尼疗效有负相关(P<0.05)。而皮肤毒性与血清b-FGF水平未观察到明显相关性。结论索拉非尼治疗肝癌疗效较好,不良反应耐受,且疗效与血清b-FGF水平有一定相关性,b-FGF可能是索拉非尼治疗肝癌潜在的预后预测因子,值得进一步研究。Objective To observe the effect of Sola Fini on serum b-FGF level in patients with primary liver cancer,and to analyze the correlation among serum b-FGF changes,curative effect and skin toxicity. Methods 56 cases of advanced primary liver cancer patients were selected and given sorafenibtosylate orally for 8 weeks. The serum level of b-FGF was detected by ELISA before and after treatment, and thesubgroup analysis with the efficacy and adverse reactions of the skin of Sola Finiwas performed. Results All patients completed 8 weeks of treatment. Among them,0 cases of CR, 14 cases of PR, 17 cases of SD,25 cases of PD, and the total effective rate was 55. 4%. The average b-FGF test value of the whole group was 46. 2pg/ml,the mean value before treatmentwas 37.9 pg/ml, and the mean value after treatment was 57.2pg/mL. There was a negative correlation between subgroup analysis of serum b-FGF levels and the effect of Sola Fini（ P 〈 0.05 ）. But the significant correlation between skin toxicity and serum b-FGF levels was not observed. Conclusion Sola Fini has a good curative effect in treatment of liver cancer,with tolerable adverse reactions,and its efficacy has a certain correlation with serum b-FGF levels. And b-FGF may be a potential prognostic factor for the treatment of liver cancer by Sola Fini,wbich is worth further study.
