摘  要:目的比较角膜地形图仪(Pentacam)与光学生物测量仪(IOLMaster)对角膜曲率及其半径测量结果的异同,为不同的临床需求提供准确便捷的检查方法。方法选择年龄(20.80±1.29)岁的受检者共40例,80只眼,分别应用Pentacam与IOLMaster进行角膜曲率及其半径的测量,进行t检验比较、Pearson相关性分析并应用Bland-Altman分析对两种测量方法进行一致性评价。结果 Pentacam与IOLMaster所测得的平均K值分别为(43.56±1.68)D和(43.62±1.59)D,平均R值分别为(7.76±0.05)mm和(7.74±0.05)mm,经配对t检验结果差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);Pentacam与IOLMaster对角膜曲率及曲率半径测量结果相关系数平方为0.9741及0.9573,结果均显示出较高相关性,两种方法测量的K值及R值一致性较差。结论两种仪器测量角膜曲率及曲率半径呈较高相关性,但一致性差,不可任意替代使用,需根据不同临床需求做出合理选择。Objective To explore the differences of corneal curvature and radius determined with Pentacam and IOLMaster. Methods ,The corneal curvature and radius of 80 eyes of 40 subjects were determined with Pentacam and IOLMaster. Paired t test and Pearson correlation analysis were used to analyze the difference of keratometry (K) [ K= (K1+K2)/2]and radius of curvature (R) JR= (R1+R2)/2] between the two methods. Bland-Altman method was used to evaluate the agreement of the two methods. Results The K value of Pentacam and IOLMaster were 43.56 ± 1.68D and 43.62 :[: 1.59D for (P〉0.05). The radius of curvature of Pentacam and IOLMaster were 7.76 ± 0.05 mm and 7.74±0.05 mm (P〉0.05). Squared correlation coefficient was 0. 9741 for Pentacam and 0. 9573 for IOLMaster. The Bland-Altmann showed that the two modalities had incomparable results for K values and the radius of curvature. Conclusion Pentacam and IOLMaster cannot be interchanged for keratometry and radius of curvature.
