摘　　要：牙体硬组织非龋性疾病是临床上常见的口腔疾病之一,主要有磨损、楔形缺损、隐裂、牙折等类型。其病因复杂多样,且具有协同和积累的作用,其中牙合力为起始因素,酸蚀、磨损等其他因素为协同和积累作用,在各个因素的共同作用下,可导致牙齿形态、结构和功能发生改变,导致成牙硬组织的非龋性损伤,进而引起疾病的发生。但近年来随着人们生活习惯和饮食习惯等改变,牙体硬组织非龋性疾病的发生呈现逐渐上升的趋势,其病因机制也逐渐受到人们的关注。因此,本文通过对近年来牙科学者研究牙体硬组织非龋性疾病的病因论证研究进展进行分析和综述,以认知其病因及其相互作用关系,为该疾病的早期预防、诊断、处理及避免或减少由此造成的牙缺失提供相关的病因学理论依据。Tooth hard tissue of caries disease is one of the common oral diseases, clinical mainly wear, wedge- shaped defects, cracked, fractured tooth type, its etiology is complicated, and have the function of the mutual coordination and aecumulation l the teeth together as the starting factors, other factors such as acid corrosion and abrasion of synergy and accumulation effect, in under the joint action of various factors that can lead to tooth shape, structure, function change, into a non caries tooth hard tissue damage, resulting in the happening of the disease. But in recent years as people living habits and eating habits change, such as tooth hard tissue non caries disease present a rising trend, its etiology mechanism also gradually by the attention of people, there{ore this article through to in recent years the dental scholars study the causes of tooth hard tissue of caries disease demonstration research progress were analyzed and summarized, on the cognitive etiological factors and their interaction relations, early prevention, diagnosis and treatment for the disease and avoid or reduce the resulting the etiology of the missing teeth provide relevant theoretical basis.
