摘 要:本研究试图通过测试和课堂评价并重、多动手实践的评价课程改革,探索发展在职中小学英语教师评价素养的途径。研究收集并分析了课程过程中受训教师学习日记、课程反思以及评价行动计划等,结果显示,对当前课程所做的一些改变有利于受训教师对评价知识的理解和吸收,也使课程更受欢迎。The present study explored how a modified assessment course, featured in balancing both testing and classroom assessment and in providing more hands-on activities in class, could facilitate the development of assessment literacy of primary and secondary school EFL teachers. By analyzing trainee teachers' learning diaries, reflective summaries and action plans, it revealed that the modifications made to the current assessment course were much likely to facilitate trainee teachers' understanding and incorporation of assessment knowledge. Such course was also more likely to be seen as effective by the trainee teachers.
