摘　　要：目的:探讨心理干预对鼻咽癌放疗诱发颌骨放射性骨髓炎手术患者焦虑状态的影响。方法:采用Corah量表筛选出需手术的口腔焦虑症患者168例,随机分为干预组84例和对照组84例,干预组进行心理干预和一般治疗,对照组进行一般治疗,治疗后再用Corah量表评分,治疗前后的评分进行统计学分析。结果:干预组手术后与手术前比较,畏惧型、高畏惧型、病态畏惧型患者DAS分值有所下降,且畏惧型患者的DAS分值降低有显著性差异(P<0.01),而对照组患者DAS分值与手术前比较有所上升。结论:心理干预对缓解鼻咽癌放疗诱发颌骨放射性骨髓炎手术患者的焦虑情绪有显著作用。Objective：To study the influence of psychological intervention on anxiety of patients with radioactive osteomyelitis of jaw surgery.Methods：168dental anxiety patients who needed operation were selected by Corah scale and divided into intervention group（84cases）and control group（84cases）.The intervention group received psychological intervention and general treatment,and the control group only received general treatment,then evaluated the efficacy after treatment by Corah scale and analyzed the data before and after treatment with statistic method.Results：Compared with the DAS score of the fear,highly fear and pathological type fear patients before the operations,the DAS score after operations of intervention group were decreased,and the decrease of DAS scores of fear type patients had significant difference（P〈0.01）,but the DAS scores of control group were increased.Conclusion：Psychological intervention has significant effect on anxiety of Osteoradionecrosis of jaws patients.
